01 Find where AI actually helps

I dig into how you work and what data you have, and find the places where AI is worth the effort. You get a ranked shortlist of what to build first, plus an honest read on what today's models can and can't do.

02 Build it into production

This is the part most people skip. I build the real software, from quick prototypes to production systems, with people kept in charge of the decisions that matter. Reliability, cost, and privacy get handled up front.

03 Wrangle the tools and vendors

A lot of the job is making the tools you already have play nicely. I size up vendors, connect the pieces, and translate between what you want and what the technology can really deliver.

04 Advise, hands-on

I stick around. You get someone who sets direction and also does the work, so good ideas don't stall the minute the meeting ends. The models keep changing, and I keep up.

Hi, I'm Drew Calabrese.

I've spent more than a decade building software that ships, in worlds as different as finance, video games, and AI, as both an engineer and a product leader. I started Calabrese Advisory to help people cut through the AI noise and put it to work on problems that matter.

Plenty of advisors can think it through or build it. I do both. So I can spot where a model really helps, then write the code that gets it into production.
